Shipping & Returns
A standard $5 shipping fee will be applied to all orders up to $59.99. Enjoy free shipping on any orders above $55. No code necessary. Once order is placed we ship within 1-2 business days. For faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping for $8 to receive package in 1-3 business days
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange and treat the original item as a return.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return your items for a refund. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We accept returns on any unworn items with the original packaging and tags attached. We will not accept any items that look worn or damaged.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and refund order once received. It may take 5-7 business days for refunded funds to appear in your bank account. This is out of our control.
How to return order:
You can choose to use the shipping company of your choice to ship the goods back to us, or request a pre paid return shipping label from us. If pre paid label is requested, we will deduct $7 from your refund amount on a single item return and $10 on multiple items returned. If you choose to use our return label, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, which item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you are returning. You will receive an email with a return label.
How to send item(s) back:
1. Add all unwanted items to box.
2. Include invoice in the box. If you need us to provide you a new invoice, please contact us at email@example.com.
3. Stick the pre-paid shipping label or your own shipping label to box.
